The Spider, the Shadow and the Green Hornet. The Spider's original costume in the pulps was pretty much the same as the Shadow's except he wore a wig with long wild hair, a hunchback under his clothes and fangs added to his teeth. Not the spider web costume on these covers, that was actually the costume they gave him in his one movie serial which I have never seen.

This is from some 1920s or 1930s movie that was the inspiration of the Joker and his look.

You know, Hollywood tries to do these super-boss costumes for heroes when the simple costumes seem to work best.
