Two different actors played Captain Marvel in the 70s Shazam/Isis Hour.

Counting these two actors, the one from the 40s serial, the one who appeared in one or both of the Super Friends Live Action Movies [Godawful movies those were, with Adam West and Burt Ward reprising their roles as Batman and Robin] and the Shazam movie that makes 5 actors who have played the character. Not quite up there with the number of Superman actors.
