Re: Fun covers and Pages
The Justice Friends are a group of superheroes who exist in the universe of Dexter's Laboratory who, aside from their eternal struggle against evil, must also learn to live together under one roof to face the challenges of everyday life. They are the main characters of the back-up segments of Dexter's Laboratory.
Major Glory (the self-elected leader of the Justice Friends) is a semi-effective, caped American hero given to over-dramatic, patriotic dialogue. He is a parody of both Captain America and Superman. His love for publicity and of the paparazzi can often present more harm than good. His secret identity is concealed by several masks instead of just one, he is the nephew of Uncle Sam (currently a hippie), and he is allergic to cats. He is voiced by Rob Paulsen.
Val Hallen is a guitar-wielding Viking god of rock with Southern Californian mannerisms. He is a parody of both the Mighty Thor and rock music guitarist Eddie Van Halen. Val Hallen's guitar is his source of divine power, as seen in the episode "Val Hallen's Room" where he was reduced to a nerd having lost it. Upon finding it, the power of the guitar restored him to his true form. However, it seems that the guitar itself does not supply an infinite amount of energy as he had to retrieve his power when Mental Mouse claimed it in the episode "Can't Nap." It's also powered by static electricity as well. Valhallen can also fly on his guitar, much the same way Mjolnir grants Thor the ability of flight in the Marvel Universe. It can be noted that his guitar bears resemblance to the Gibson "Flying" V (Most likely an inside joke for guitar players). He has been seen using various means of transportation throughout the series, such as a cross between a Viking longship and a jeep, or a chariot pulled by a goat (named Billy), similar to the chariot used by Thor in Norse mythology which is pulled by two goats. He is voiced by Tom Kenny.
The Infraggable Krunk (or Krunk for short) is an overgrown muscle-man with arrested mental development. He parodies both the Incredible Hulk and The Thing. He wears green pants and has purple skin - an opposite to the Hulk's purple pants and green skin. His favorite television show is TV Puppet Pals. He is voiced by Frank Welker. And he met She-Krunk in one episode, a villainess, who he fell in love with and she with him.

Ah the wacky wonderful 60s. Somehow a hint of incest gets pasts the censors.
Returning to their own time, Supergirl decides to use the computers in the Fortress of Solitude to find Superman the perfect mate. She located a super-woman named Luma Lynai from the planet Staryl. However when Superman meets her and brings her back to Earth, their courtship ends quickly when it turns out that Luma's powers are derived from her home planet's blue star, and so Superman returns her home. After three attempts, Superman suggests that maybe fate doesn't want Superman to get married right now.
Supergirl decides to give up, and leave Superman's love life to the whims of fate.

Re: Fun covers and Pages
Batman and Robin are sent yet another message from the mysterious villain known as the Outsider, who this time sends coffins with Batman and Robin automatons to deliver the message to Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson. Tracking the delivery of the coffins they have to battle off the Grasshopper Gang and find finger prints belonging to the Outsider, which shockingly belong to Bruce Wayne's deceased butler, Alfred Pennyworth.
However, this is not the case, because shortly after Alfred's death, his tomb was visited by scientist Brandon Crawford, whose audiometer revealed that Alfred was still alive. Trying to revive the comatose butler, Brandon bombarded the body with radiation, which mutated Alfred into the evil Outsider, who then began his campaign against Batman and Robin.
Batman and Robin then proceed to track down the Outsider to his hideout and battle him to a stand-still, before the strange creature can turn both Batman and Robin into coffins themselves. Knocking the Outsider out, Batman puts him on the same machine which transformed him into the Outsider and after being exposed to radiation once again, Alfred is restored back to his normal appearance and good health.
After the battle, Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson bring Alfred back home to Wayne Manor where Alfred resumes his job as the Wayne butler, with the help of Dick's Aunt Harriet. It is then that Bruce decides to rename the Alfred Memorial Foundation to the Wayne Foundation.
And in case you didn't know, Beast Boy was originally in the Doom Patrol near the end of their run. He got adopted by Rita Farr, Elastic Girl, and her husband Steve Dayton, Mentor, a few issues before the series ended.
