Re: Recon 2010
Depends on whats on the stalls. Its mainly wargaming but you can occasionally get second hand RPG (although I always used to prefer travelling man of course). I mainly go for the books and to meet up with old friends.

Ah, ha...

At the Pudsey Civic Hall, round the corner from Asda and the police station according to Google maps (funny, not where I'd have thought he Pudsey Civic Hall would be. I'd have thought, y'know, nearer Pudsey...)
I did try wargames for a short time when I was younger, even made a large battlefield in the loft with hills and trees and grass etc on a piece of chipboard that was a swine to get up there, but not done so for... oooh... 25 or more years I think. Warhammer 40k never really grabbed me, was always more into RPGs but the artistry and skill in preparing and painting the figures always impressed me, and Games Workshop, for all their faults and foibles always had great artists working for them. Do they sell any 2nd hand RPG stuff? I'm always on the look out for cheap stuff to smuggle in the house under my coat (so the wife don't find it cause *cough* the loft is already full of books and 'other junk')?

Re: Recon 2010
Recon... 2010? Wassat then? On the 4th? I'm working, according to my roster. Some kind of convention? Not one I've heard of before, must admit. Any details anywhere?
Recon 2010
Anyone else headed over to Pudsey on the 4th for Recon 2010?
