Here's my attempt at your character. Maybe you will like it, maybe you won't.
I limited energy absorption to electrical/lightning only. I added in a personal force field, call it an electrical/magnetic shield. I gave you a Power Loss of needing to absorb electricity every 8 hours or all your powers go away. I gave you two enemies each equal to your level. Gave you debt since you mentioned hospital bills in your background. Also gave you Gift of Gab, I think that's a good skill for a door to door salesman.
Your powers are also in Hero ID Only but you have Insta-Change so you just need to concentrate to become your powered hero but that 8 hour time limit is also in civilian ID too so you need to stick your finger in a socket 3 times a day. Get up in the morning, shower, shave, brush your teeth, stick your finger in a light socket, eat breakfast and then go do your door to door stuff. After lunch, find some place where you can stick your finger in a socket and recharge. Then again in the evening before bed.
The rest is pretty self-explanatory. Hopefully I did the math right and you have 13 HP left over to fine tune this version. I tried linking your skills but it was too expensive. Maybe raise Wealth a point? Maybe raise a skill a point? Or raise a stat? Or keep them for use in the first game?
